Ad Generator

Project: Product Design

Problem: The client service team was spending excessive time searching for live campaign ads to capture screenshots for clients.

Solution: Designed an intuitive and user-friendly ad generator tool for the team to be able to recreate their ads and load them on the website/publisher of their choice. 

Process: Collaborated with the client service team to identify key pain points and gather requirements for the tool. Partnered with the development team to design and prototype the tool, ensuring it was both intuitive and met the team's needs. Conducted user testing sessions to refine the interface, followed by a phased rollout to ensure a smooth transition and adoption. Provided training and ongoing support to the team to maximize the tool's effectiveness

Outcome:
 The implementation of the ad generator tool led to a significant reduction in time spent searching for campaign ads, allowing the client service team to focus more on strategic tasks like reviewing campaign performance. This not only increased efficiency but also improved user satisfaction and reduced system errors by 30%. The tool became a valued asset, enhancing overall productivity and client service quality.





Self Serve (SaaS) Reporting Dashboards

Problem: Clients were finding it challenging to quickly assess their campaign performance due to a lack of intuitive and customizable reporting tools. 

Solution: Designed an easy-to-use reporting dashboard that provides clients with a snapshot view of their campaign performance, along with the ability to customize their dashboards based on relevant metrics. 

Process: Conducted in-depth research to identify the key metrics clients needed for effective campaign analysis. Collaborated with stakeholders to determine essential widgets and customization options for the dashboard. Designed and iterated on the user interface through user testing, ensuring it was both functional and easy to navigate. 

Outcome: The new reporting dashboard significantly enhanced clients' ability to quickly understand and act on their campaign performance, leading to more informed decision-making. 





Self Serve (SaaS) Ad Format Selector

Project: Product Design

Problem: Selecting the right ad format was cumbersome for clients, as the existing ad type selector lacked visual appeal and clear explanations of each format's benefits.

Solution: Proposed an upgraded ad type selector to be more visually compelling, offering clear, concise information about each ad format.

Process: Worked closely with the creative and development teams to create visually engaging designs that clearly communicated the benefits of each ad format, followed by thorough testing to optimize usability.

Outcome: The upgraded ad type selector improves user experience by making it easier for clients to choose the right ad formats. The visually compelling and intuitive interface encourages clients to spend more time in the platform, increasing their engagement and familiarity with the tools, which ultimately contributes to higher campaign success rates.





Creative Ad Previews

Project: Product Design
Role: Product Strategy, Design, Project Manager

Problem: Clients were struggling to preview every possible iteration of their ads, including all image/video and headline combinations, before finalizing them. This process was overwhelming for the creative team and hindered clients’ ability to secure MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) approval efficiently.

Solution: Integrated a comprehensive ad preview tool directly into the platform, allowing clients to easily view all possible ad combinations without needing to rely on the creative team. This solution addressed the common request for MLR approvals, providing clients with a streamlined way to review, request changes, and approve ad creatives.

Process: Collaborated closely with clients to understand the specific needs and challenges related to creative approval processes. Designed an intuitive interface that allows users to generate and preview all ad combinations within the platform. Worked in partnership with the engineering team to develop and integrate the tool seamlessly into the existing platform. Currently, the tool is undergoing testing to ensure it meets user expectations and performs reliably.

Outcome: (In Progress) The new ad preview tool is expected to significantly reduce the time and effort required for creative approvals, making the process more efficient for clients. By addressing this critical need, the tool is poised to become a key differentiator in the marketplace, especially among clients in highly regulated industries, increasing client satisfaction and encouraging more frequent use of the platform.
